How Resco gave Granzow’s technicians access to more than 4000 items on the go
One of the most recent projects we cooperated on is the solution for the Danish company Granzow, a leading supplier for the industry of crew compressors, compressed air treatment and energy friendly compressor controls.
Before switching to Resco, Granzow worked with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, an old ERP platform. They built their own field service solution in NAV combined with Outlook, but this solution wasn’t sufficient for service and order planning.
Granzow needed a solution that is quick to implement and easy to use and maintain. Their old system was tailor-made, that is why it was almost impossible to find an out-of-the box solution that would tick all their boxes. Offline capabilities were a priority, along with scheduling, planning and employee tracking.
After thorough research, Granzow contacted MicroPartner, a Resco partner who has been working with Resco technology for many years. As Granzow’s implementation partner, they analyzed their situation, and decided to replace their old solution with Resco directly integrated to Business Central via the new Resco Cloud connector for Power Automate. The solution is customizable and can be easily adjusted to fit the customer’s needs. In the end, it helped Granzow make their employee training more efficient, lower the error rate in service orders and save time.
