Here we go again!

Our annual conference, resco.next, is slowly approaching, and we are excited to dive into brand-new topics and the latest digitalization possibilities. Same as last year, the conference will be held virtually, so you can attend from anywhere in the world — be that a sunny beach in Hawaii or the comfort of your own bed. And did we mention it is entirely free?

Register now and tune in on November 18 for educational sessions presented by Resco’s senior technical and business development professionals.

We will share market insights, recommendations, and real-life experience from the worlds of mobility, digitalization, industry 4.0, and much more.

What can you look forward to at resco.next 2021?

  • Learn about new features & roadmap
  • Hear real-life success stories from partners and customers
  • Explore the business and technical background of Resco products & platform
  • Connect with speakers and fellow conference attendees

If you know Resco, you also know we keep up with the newest technology and market trends. Meaning that, among other things, we will also explore the freshest developments expected to dominate the post-covid era.

Here are some of the topics we’ll dive into during the sessions we have prepared for you:

Contactless and remote service

Remote service got to the forefront of the capabilities required from any workforce. In a world where technicians must finish jobs on the first try and customers often do not want them around the house for too long, remote assistance is necessary. Hand-in-hand with remote support goes contact tracking – the ability to track workers’ interactions in case of exposure to the virus.

Smart workforce

We see that pandemic has also changed the customers’ view on new technologies, and they are ready to embrace them more than ever. The use of VR and AR-based apps is becoming more common, with companies evaluating their processes and looking into long-term solutions. Such a digital transformation also means that companies are more opened to investing in experimental technology when seeking business continuity and lean operations in facilities and the field.

Predictive actions

Predictive maintenance refers to the idea of using AI, machine learning, and analytics to predict equipment failures or challenges before they happen. Field service companies are now looking at predictive maintenance as a tool towards a more efficient and greener future. Similarly, overhauling risk management can be seen as a trend for the foreseeable future, assessing the risk exposure and preventing accidents.

Complete details on the resco.next 2021 agenda, speakers, and schedule will be published in the upcoming weeks.

10th edition of resco.next

Time flies! Who would have thought that we will be already hosting the tenth resco.next conference?

How does it look in numbers so far:

  • 9 editions in 5 years
  • 1037 attendees
  • Organized in 6 countries
  • With a record of 342 attendees from 60 countries

And when in Rome, we also managed to translate the number of visitors into 198 188 steps and 489 cups of coffee 😊.

It has been half a decade of bringing the newest solutions to our partners and customers through this channel, but also good times. And even though this year, resco.next will be held virtually once again, let’s look at a few snapshots from previous years.

Resco.next conference brings educational sessions that will make you think,

… or where you can meet guests such as Daniel Buzatu, ICT Business Systems Coordinator from the United Nations Refugee Agency.

However, it can also be an opportunity to blow off some steam…

…and let your inner child play with the newest pieces of technology.

Either way, hopefully, we will see each other in person soon!
