Access the Resco mobile client effortlessly with your fingerprint

To avoid typing in the password every time you launch the app, you can use fingerprint scanning to access your Resco Mobile CRM fast and securely. But do you know how to set it up on your iOS or Android device?
You can configure fingerprint sign-in simply in Settings of the mobile client – find the Network section and enable “Use Fingerprint”. The application will use the fingerprints stored in your device’s settings.
Save the changes and close the application. During the next start, a dialog window will appear, prompting you to sign in with your fingerprint.
However, if by any chance you find yourself in a situation where your fingerprint sensor isn’t working correctly, you can always tap Cancel and enter your password manually.
