Bratislava, Slovakia – July 1, 2019 – Resco announced today that Chief Executive Officer & Co-founder Radomir Vozar has decided to take on a new role in the company as Head of the Board. Miroslav Pomsar, until now Chief Technical Officer at Resco, has been appointed as his successor in the position of CEO. Effective from July 1, Radomir Vozar will be supporting the transition process during the second half of 2019.

Radomir Vozar has been Resco’s CEO for over 10 years. During his tenure, Resco has become one of the global leaders in mobility for enterprise IT systems. The company has delivered consistent top and bottom line growth, with average annual revenue growth exceeding 30%, and it has expanded from 20 to almost 100 employees.
With the business successfully growing and our products now being used by more than 2,500 clients around the world, I felt it was the right time to give a fresh impulse to the company. Having worked for Resco in several key senior roles, Miro has both an exciting vision for the future and a deep understanding and experience in our industry. Going forward, our customers and partners can rest assured – we share common business values and I am very happy to have this continuity in leadership as he assumes the CEO role. Miroslav Pomsar has led Resco’s Technical department as CTO since 2015 and has been with the company for 17 years. Joining as a Software Engineer in 2002, while still in his university studies, he has participated in every company milestone ever since.
Miroslav Pomsar has an excellent track record of pioneering state-of-the-art technical solutions and leading his team. Over the years, he has been the Solution Architect behind Resco Mobile CRM, the Resco Cloud server, and continued delivering innovative solutions, expanding Resco’s product portfolio and overseeing the entire development process as CTO.
It will be a huge privilege to lead Resco. It is a company full of talented people and I look forward to pushing the envelope even further together. I have seen the incredible ways in which our products improve people’s lives – from refugees in Africa to entrepreneurs in Europe and America. And with wearables, AI, and augmented reality there are a lot of exciting opportunities on the horizon.
