Resco introduces Resco Routes: Keep up with your field team wherever the job takes them
Bratislava, Slovakia – June 12, 2019 – Resco, the leading provider of enterprise mobile solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, has officially launched Resco Routes today.
A brand-new addition to the company’s product lineup, Resco Routes enables businesses to keep up with their field staff and manage their work seamlessly, thanks to quick planning, scheduling and live resource tracking. Furthermore, it also lets field workers easily access their assignments and share the latest updates.
Whether its organizations with sales reps, service technicians, or other professionals on the go, utilizing location data further drives improvements to company operations. With Resco Routes, team managers can quickly set up appointments and assign them to their staff. They can then see the location of each team member and their work progress. And the staff in the field can take advantage of streamlined timesheet management and route planning on mobile devices.
Resco Routes consists of 3 major components – Schedule Board, Location Monitor, and the Routes mobile app.
The Schedule Board enables users to assign work to the field staff and oversee their progress. Including detailed information about the schedule, planned activities and skills of each person in the field.
- Web based tool with drag-and-drop interface to plan and distribute appointments and tasks to staff in the field
- Notifications about exceptional events – delays, cancelled visits, etc.
- Tracking real-time progress – if anyone will be finishing sooner than originally expected, the manager can re-assign jobs to balance workloads throughout the day
The Location Monitor provides an efficient way to keep track of the field team’s current location in real time. It also offers insights into the past and predicted location of each team member and their assignments.

- Time Shift – enables to see also the staff’s past location, as well as upcoming routes based on their schedule
- Drill down to individual team members to see in detail how and where they worked
The multi-platform mobile app helps field reps manage their work and travel. With a calendar view of all their assignments, a route planner to optimize their routes, and efficient timesheet management, they have everything they need to streamline their work and complete the job on time.

Resco Routes can be integrated natively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce. API for integration with other 3rd party systems is also available.
Licensing and availability
Resco Routes is available to all partners and customers as a standalone solution or as an additional module for existing Resco implementations.
Resco provides a free 30-day trial allowing partners and customers to evaluate all capabilities of the product.
To offer flexibility for any type of organization, the pricing and licensing of Resco Routes consists of two parts:
- The Routes Client license
- The SuperUser (Administrator) license
Workers in the field require only the Routes Client license which comes at 15€/$18 per user per month. It provides complete access to the Resco Routes mobile app.
The back office users who need to utilize the Resco Routes’ Schedule Board and Location Monitor, require the SuperUser (Administrator) license. This license is available in 2 plans. Single license at 250€/$300 per user per month or a Team license at 500€/$600 per 5 users per month. Each SuperUser license provides full access to the Schedule Board, Location Monitor and the Routes app. The Single SuperUser license also includes 20 dev licenses for the Resco Routes app. The Team SuperUser license comes with 50 of these dev licenses.
