Microsoft’s Director for Field Service and Dynamics 365 MVPs to take stage at resco.next 2018 in Atlanta

Bratislava, Slovakia – January 31, 2018 – The American edition of the resco.next conference (March 14-15, 2018; Atlanta, GA) will zoom in on field service mobility, featuring sessions presented by Ben Vollmer, Microsoft’s Global Field Service Lead for Dynamics 365; Pierre Hulsebus Field Service Digital Transformation Leader at Microsoft; and Rick McCutcheon, certified Dynamics 365 MVP (Most Valuable Professional).

resco.next is the annual two-day event designed for all IT and business professionals interested in mobile CRM solutions. The conference is organized by Resco – creators of the market-favorite Resco Mobile CRM client for Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM. Attendees can look forward to hearing about the latest Resco solutions, listen to insightful original sessions, experience hands-on workshops, one-on-one discussions, and network with the Resco team, special guest speakers, and partners & customers who use mobility to drive their business.

Ben Vollmer, the Global Field Service Lead for Dynamics 365 with well over 15 years of experience with various CRM systems, will take part in the Opening Keynote of the conference. With Microsoft’s Field Service Digital Transformation Leader, Pierre Hulsebus, they will also discuss the future of field service in a separate session – including the latest developments on the CRM market, the recent spike in demand for field service solutions, and Microsoft’s continuing collaboration with Resco.

Just a couple of years back, companies didn’t view their field teams as a competitive advantage. Field service was pretty much universally viewed as a cost center. I think that’s the biggest industry change recently, and the thing that is still changing. Now more than 1/3 of companies view field service teams as a profit center and 15% have already adopted an “As a Service” mentality. So the key features today are really around integration into the rest of the existing systems. Because field service, maybe even more than any other solution, can truly leverage a proper integration into various customer, billing, and production systems.”Ben Vollmer outlined

Rick McCutcheon is an experienced Dynamics 365 MVP, who has been involved with the CRM industry for over 20 years. As a Senior Executive, Reseller, Board Member, Educator, Consultant, Rick has worked directly on hundreds of CRM and sales force automation initiatives. Currently he is the President of CRM and sales coaching consultancy Full Contact Selling. Hosting a session as well, Rick will share how mobility expands the use of CRM technology and how system integrators can build a successful mobility practice for Dynamics 365.

Companies continue to make new investments in CRM to take advantage of mobile, analytics, social collaboration, and other capabilities. And with good reason: Analyzing Nucleus Research’s ROI case studies the average returns from CRM have increased since 2011, from $5.60 to $8.71 for every dollar spent”Rick highlighted

The guest speakers will be also available for personal discussions throughout the event. Resco’s COO, Ivan Stano, who will be hosting multiple business sessions added:

Year by year, we invite our partners and customers to join and share their stories on mobility. You can expect to hear about their initial motivation that pointed them towards a mobile solution and what improvements they achieved thanks to Mobile CRM. You might be going through a similar process, so it is definitely worth attending the conference and taking the first-hand advice.”Ivan Stano, COO of Resco

Additionally – as Resco’s mobile client is already at the heart of Field Service for Dynamics 365 – Resco and Microsoft plan to announce further expansion of their collaboration together with fresh updates to the solution during resco.next 2018 in Atlanta.
