Fall Update 2026: Extended forms sharing and new Essential license

Join us for the upcoming 2026 Fall update webinar to get a full overview of the new capabilities from Release 19.2 on Nov. 5. What can you expect? 

Resco Forms now supports sharing forms with external, anonymous users through a simple URL or QR code with no app installation required. This lets organizations generate one-time or reusable links for public-facing surveys or task-specific inspections. We’ll also introduce Gen2 forms for Salesforce users, screen-adaptive templates, and advanced logic on Power Pages. 

On the Resco Mobile Platform side, we’re introducing the new Essential license, alongside a major upgrade to search and filtering.  Multi-value filtering is now much easier, with no need to build a custom view. Both the filtering and sorting interfaces have been redesigned, giving field users an intuitive way to narrow down large datasets on their own. 

We’re also rolling out an OS-specific app lock mechanism that will let end users unlock Mobile CRM using the same fast, familiar method they already use to unlock their device, instead of memorizing another password.

Our team will introduce the new AI capabilities for Resco Forms and Resco Mobile Platform, and the Resco MCP Server for Dataverse, Salesforce, and Resco Cloud. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is the open standard that lets AI assistants connect securely to business systems. The Resco MCP Server makes Resco projects available to these tools, letting you configure apps via chat.
