With COSMO CONSULT Fair-Contact Manager we eliminate the media discontinuity between acquisition of trade fair contacts and post-processing. The contact at the fair can be recorded in a few seconds via mobile phone or tablet.

– Take a photo of a business card
– Capture interests / products direct on the phone
– Ask optimal questions (configurable)
– Save and finished

The Fair-Leads are automatically assigned to the correct employee based on a postal code assignment database and can be processed by this immediately.
Optionally there is also the possibility of an automated “thank you for your visit” e-mail to the contact and so relevant product data / information etc. can be sent to the person immediately.
The further option “GDPR” offers the possibility to make the data protection regulations accessible to the contact directly at the fair or to request the consent to the electronic communication.
