Impressions from the CRM Mobility Workshop 2014 in Vienna
Another successful workshop is behind us! Here is some recap:
On September 24, 2014 we had the chance to meet CRM consultants and developers in Vienna, Austria.
During this 1-day, Resco’s Senior Developer Juraj Mojik with the help of Lukas Lesko (Technical Support Consultant) and Zuzana Farkasova (Communications Specialist) delivered a knowledge package focused on Resco’s Mobile CRM client for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
We’ve talked about:
- customization possibilities of Resco Mobile CRM
- recently added features
- upcoming Autumn ̍14 release
- redesigned UI of the app
- pilot CRM solution for Google Glass: CRM Glass
It was pleasure for us to host altogether 24 consultants from 9 countries (Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, UK, Slovakia and Italy).
We are also thrilled to hear positive feedback about the workshop.
Here are some impressions from the participants:
“Regarding the workshop I only got one comment: you guys did an excellent job!”
“I can say that it was exactly we expected. Very informative and we also added some information to an offer today.”
“It was such a motivating and interesting day with Resco people, they are highly skilled, very competent and dynamic. I enjoyed the themes that have been covered and would higly recommend to everybody who is involved in the customizations within Woodford.” Michael Fally, Application Support Consultant @ FWI Information Technology
