Summer season slowly begins, and to celebrate that, we have some seriously exciting new updates for you!

Let’s look at what’s in the store for the Summer Update that will arrive at the end of June.

Here are some of the highlights you can get ready for:

Streamlined Inspections

In the upcoming release, we will be bringing numerous tweaks to make our Inspections feature faster and more storage-efficient.

Another improvement is the new and more efficient JSON answer storage format. A lot of data in various questionnaires take up a lot of space.

As we don´t want our customers to deal with storage problems, we will be introducing a more efficient way to store data. This new format will be configurable and able to reduce the volume of saved data to a minimum.

We are also improving the UX of our grid editor to save you more time and hassle. That includes better text legibility or clearer labels.

Improved resource filtering in Schedule board

Dispatchers and schedule managers will have an easier job thanks to improved filtering in the Schedule board.

They will be able to filter workers based on various criteria such as proximity, soonest availability, etc. This will allow them to assign schedulable sources to the most suitable workers.

A unique combination of knowledge & offline coming to Microsoft D365 with new Resco Guides module

The upcoming release will significantly extend the availability of our new Resco Guides module. More field service technicians, manufacturing engineers, and other frontline workers will be able to leverage tribal knowledge and receive expert advice at work.

Resco Guides as a new module available in MS Dynamics App library

The coming update will enable teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a backend to integrate the Guides module into their workflows. That brings entirely new possibilities to the platform regarding (offline) knowledge utilization.

Organizations will be able to amplify common knowledge and expertise in the training of junior workers, supporting the frontline workforce, or upskilling current staff.

An advanced Azure Logic Apps integration available to partners

Resco Cloud connector for Power Automate offers powerful integration options enabling you to connect with various 3rd party systems, databases or backends. And this connector gets even more powerful with Resco Summer Update.
