Hendrik Hansen, Global Process IT Expert and Product Owner “Service Execution”; Hauke Jacobsen, Senior Consultant and IT Architect – Dräger
Hendrik Hansen is responsible for Dräger’s product vision and management of backlog and stakeholders. He organizes and optimizes the implementation of requirements based on the Field Service Engineers’ demands. Hendrik represents the product in the organization, including communication about its vision and improvements.
Hauke Jacobsen oversees requirements engineering, platform architecture, and software lifecycle management of Dräger’s field service solution in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft CRM 2011. Hauke also drives the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Resco Mobile CRM as a key solution for Field Service Engineers to document their work offline.
Organization Dräger helps to protect and save people’s lives in hospitals, fire departments, and emergency services with its servicing medical and safety technology. During their presentation at resco.NEXT 2021 Virtual, Hendrik will give an insight into developing an app that covers all relevant offline use cases in just six months – with high satisfaction in the field and integrated feedback included. Hauke will be talking about the IT perspective of the project and Field Service Engineer happiness.
Rabea Reitmeier, Head of Digital Sales, Service and Marketing Business – Avanade
Rabea Reitmeier is working in the IT consulting area for more than 20 years, focusing on Digital transformation and currently leading the Digital Sales, Service and Marketing Business in ASG (Austria, Switzerland, Germany).
Avanade is the leading provider of innovative digital and cloud services, business solutions, and design-led experiences delivered through the Microsoft ecosystem. During the session, Rabea Reitmeier will tell us how Avanade delivers advanced mobile solutions for the most challenging conditions and use cases with the Resco platform.
Dominique Vaes, Founder & Managing Partner; Johan Franck, Associate Partner – Field Service in Motion
Dominique Vaes acquired more than 20 years of experience in field service and operational excellence. With his domain knowledge and expert team, he has developed a game-changing methodology that helps field service organizations to digitalize their operations. Dominique considers three main levers of great digital transformation: change of behavior, culture, and processes.
Johan Franck has more than two decades of experience in field service operations, both practical and technical. At Johnson Controls, one of the biggest global leaders on Fire, HVAC, and Security equipment for buildings, he worked as a Service Dispatcher and a Solution Architect. Johan implemented IT solutions globally across 45 countries, impacting more than 5.000 users. With those experiences, he has recently joined Field Service in Motion, giving direction to Electrolux’s field service transformation program in Europe.

Basheer Alhamwi, CEO – HA Consultancy OÜ
Basheer Alhamwi co-founded HA Consultancy to assist the field service companies in the MENA region during their digital transformation journey. He has more than 15 years of experience in digital transformation of the field service industry. During his career, he managed one of the top companies in the field service industry in Dubai, allowing him to merge digital and field experience to create even better solutions.
In the session, Basheer will talk to us about HA Consultancy’s experience building their solutions in close partnership with Resco, how they made the work of the field staff easier and enhanced sales, and their future plans.
Jurgen Broos, General Manager – NORRIQ
Jurgen Broos has 17 years of experience within the NORRIQ organization providing consultancy services and IT solutions, mainly focusing on the Microsoft Dynamics platform. He is responsible for improving operations’ performance, efficiency, and profitability by providing effective methods and strategies. Thanks to Jurgen’s and his team’s experience with ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence solutions and e-commerce, organizations in multiple industries benefit from NORRIQ’s exceptional standard of service.
During his presentation, Jurgen will guide you through projects NORRIQ did in cooperation with Resco and the planned business cases they are building through our Business Central integration.
Muhammad Atif, Vice President Solutions and Services – Mazik Global
Muhammad Atif has over two decades of solution design, delivery and leadership experience. Atif is an experienced Digital Transformation and Delivery Expert with a proven record of successfully delivering major projects in the private and public sectors. He is currently engaged in multiple change programs and empowers customers in their journey to digital transformation using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Muhammad will share their field service expertise in the healthcare industry, the experience with Resco solutions and resco.FieldService 2.0, and their future plans.
Sam Klaidman, Founder & Principal Adviser – Middlesex Consulting
Sam Klaidman utilizes his prior 20+ years’ hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, consulting, and general management to help clients grow their services business and improve customer loyalty. He applies techniques associated with the Customer Value Creation and Service Marketing professions to assist his clients in achieving their growth objectives by designing and commercializing new services and the associated business transformations.
During one of our sessions, Sam will explore the phenomenon of the silver tsunami, lack of skilled workforce, and overcoming knowledge gap.
