Customers and partners discuss their experience with Mobile CRM at 2017

Just like in 2015 and 2016, we are very happy to announce that for 2017 our customers and partners once again agreed to talk about their experience when working with Resco.

Kulzer Gmbh – Stefan Brill, Head of IT Sales

Kulzer’s Head of IT Sales and Marketing, Mr. Stefan Brill, will reveal why Kulzer decided to equip hundreds of their sales professionals with Resco Mobile CRM, describe the challenges faced along the way, and their overall experience with Resco and its product.

MHI Vestas Offshore Wind – Thor Tankred, Senior CRM Consultant

MHI Vestas Offshore Wind may have been founded as an independent company just in April 2014, but it draws on longtime legacy and know-how. Its parent companies are two of the global leaders in wind power and offshore ventures – Vestas Wind Systems A/S and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. MHI Vestas’ mission is to develop offshore wind as an economically viable and sustainable energy resource for the future. Its main expertise lies in offshore turbine development, production and services.
Mr. Thor Tankred, Senior CRM Consultant at  MHI Vestas, will explain how the company utilized Resco Mobile CRM integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, to provide an effective system for more than 100 technicians servicing wind turbines both at sea and land.

SafetyKleen –  Joshua Sharman, Sales Operations Manager

Safetykleen, the world’s leading provider of surface treatment and chemical application services for mechanical parts, address the needs of a diverse customer base – from aerospace, through automotive, food & drink, oil and gas, all the way to rail industry. The company’s unique offering combines parts washing equipment, scheduled services, speciality chemicals and industrial waste collection. Safetykleen’s products and services have been developed to augment customer’s productivity, ensuring that goods and services of any business run smoothly and economically.
The company’s Sales Operations Manager, Mr. Joshua Sharman will share how SafetyKleen implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service – with the mobile client by Resco at its heart – for hundreds of travelling field technicians servicing part washers on site at customers.

Avento – Tom Moortgat, Managing Partner

Delivering high-performance IT solutions, Avento’s goal is to free business professionals from their office desks and enable them to effectively work in the field, where they can best understand the customer’s needs. It provides companies with the tools to accelerate their sales, marketing, merchandising, franchising, stock management, maintenance, inspection and to guides them through the process of digital transformation.
Avento’s Managing Partner, Mr. Tom Moortgat will present how partnering with Resco helped Avento created an advanced solution for FMCG and textile industry – so far resulting in 29 successful projects implemented for thousands of users across the Benelux area.

Navicon – Ilya Naroditskiy, International Business Development Director

Navicon is a system integrator and a leading company in IT consulting and project management in Russia. Founded in 2002, currently with 250 employees on staff, the company focuses on projects for pharmaceutical, banking and financial sector, as well as professional services, manufacturing, FMCG, retail and distribution.
At this year’s, Mr. Ilya Naroditskiy – the company’s International Business Development Director – will discuss how working with Resco enabled Navicon to build a unique platform that simplifies the sales process for pharmaceutical companies in Russia and beyond.
