David Brown is the Service Cloud Sales Director – Microsoft Dynamics 365 EMEA for products and services at Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Brown has been at Microsoft for 13 years leading in roles driving partner, marketing, and sales strategies for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the UK and EMEA. With over 15 years CRM industry experience. Currently, he’s responsible for the execution of the Dynamics business strategy and priorities within the EMEA regions. Brown previously served as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Lead – EMEA & LATAM and Manager of Worldwide Partner Strategy for Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management, responsible for partnership and channel development all around the world. With over 15 years CRM industry experience, Mr. Brown has a proven track record of outstanding leadership, management, strategic planning, and technology integration capabilities.

Anton Kouprianov, Senior Account Manager – Russia & CIS at Salesforce

Anton Kouprianov serves as Senior Account Manager for Russia and Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) at, supporting clients in building powerful sales, service and marketing functions to connect with customers, partners, and employees in new ways. He previously held an Enterprise Business Development role for Salesforce’s emerging markets, focusing on strategic accounts in in Russia, CIS, Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa. For over 5 years with Salesforce, Mr. Kouprianov has been delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, whilst expanding existing accounts.

Radomir Vozar, CEO and Co-founder of Resco

Radomir Vozar is the CEO and Co-founder of Resco. He originally worked as a programmer in the banking sector before establishing Resco in 1999. Together with two friends from university, Eduard Kirchner and Marcel Šaffa, he started a company focusing on mobile software development at the very dawn of mobile technologies as we know them today. Focused on Windows Mobile and Palm OS platforms, the company quickly became one of the most popular providers of consumer applications, reaching more than a million users. In 2003, Resco introduced a suite of components for mobile app development – helping programmers in companies like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, GE, and Motorola create unique mobile applications.
