Installation Instructions

Resco Viewer is distributed in a form of a SIS file, which is a Symbian standard for the installation files. The installation consists of two steps:

1. Copying the SIS file to your phone.
   The ways to accomplish this are discussed besides.
2. Running the SIS file.
   For this you can use your favorite file manager or standard PC Connectivity Solution (supplied with the phone).

How to copy the SIS file to the phone

Using PC Suite

PC Suite is a standard software used to synchronize phone information with a PC.
You'll need to have the handset connected to the PC for this to work.

• Download SIS file to your PC/Mac desktop computer.
• Run PC Suite on your desktop computer
• Start your favorite file manager and open the SIS file

Using email

You'll need to have a working email connection for this to work.

• Email the SIS file (as the mail attachment) to your email account
• Download the email
• Save the attachment to the phone or run the SIS file directly from the mail Inbox

Alternatives

There are other ways how you can install the SIS file onto your phone.

• You can beam the file either from a PC or another handset
• Or you can copy the SIS file to the MS card, insert the card into the phone and install it from there
