Three huge improvements of the state of the art mobile CRM solution
Bratislava, Slovakia — October 2, 2012 — Resco, a leading provider of mobile software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, releases today the Collaboration Update for Resco Mobile CRM — mobile solution for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The new release is Resco’s 5th major update for Mobile CRM in 2012 bringing extra value for Resco customers and partners. There are three major areas of the new features redefining Resco Mobile CRM, plus number of mobile app enhancements.
Activity Feeds allow mobile users to stay connected with their team when working out of office. Mobile CRM app offers access to What’s New, so that the users get real time notifications and they can share the essential information with their colleagues directly from the mobile device in online mode. They can add posts in plain text, or text containing links to existing entities (such as contact, account etc.) and they can also follow the Activity Feeds.

Activity Feeds are configurable in Resco Mobile CRM Woodford — an easy to use mobile app configurator. Not only can the main wall (What’s new) be added, but also is the entity wall for each entity available. The interesting fact about Activity Feeds is that this whole feature has been developed using new promising technology Resco released in June 2012 — with the support of HTML5 and Resco JavaScript Bridge. This is a clear proof that Resco keeps technological leadership in the mobile CRM industry, while bringing future technologies to the market today.
With the Collaboration Update, Resco Mobile CRM Woodford gets new powerful customization possibilities. New Visual Form Rules Editor was added allowing defining rules under entity forms (such as showing, hiding and marking required fields) depending on the entity data. This new feature is a kind of alternative to JavaScript, which is available in CRM server environment.

Mobile CRM administrators are able to easily define rules under which mobile forms are modified, or validated dynamically, depending on field values, or user input. Moreover, the new Form Rules do not require any programming skills, since this tool is easy to use just by mouse. The rule creation is similar to creating an entity view filter.
Resco Mobile CRM App is now available on the new, highly expected Windows 8 platform. The new mobile client meets Metro guidelines and is available in the Microsoft Store, as a certified and fully functional app with no limitations for free. It follows the pattern of the other apps—it can be customized with Resco Mobile CRM Woodford (Configurator) and Studio (SDK).

Number of enhancements has been added to the Mobile CRM app, including:
Since Resco Mobile CRM has been implemented in new countries and regions, Resco extended language support to some new languages and remade some old which were not very actual.
