Completely redesigned Android app is the only real Android Tablet CRM available in the market
Bratislava, Slovakia — February 7, 2012 — Resco, a leading vendor in mobile business solutions, releases today Resco Mobile CRM 2012 Android Phone&Tablet Update.
Resco releases a new Android Phone&Tablet Update shortly after bringing numerous new features in the end of 2011. One of the most important news, easily recognizable by users, is a revamped design of the Android app and minor UI advancements on all other platforms too. Furthermore, the Update improves the synchronization logic across all mobile operating systems, adds database encryption and many more new features.
“The latest update together with all of the features we released during last six months are clear evidence that Resco gains a technological lead among mobile CRM solution providers not just for Microsoft Dynamics CRM but also for other CRM back-ends,” said Radomir Vozar, Resco Managing Director. “With new significant features to come in March 2012 Resco has set a clear target for 2012 to become global leader in the mobile CRM segment.”
Part of the release is a new version of Android app. The app’s UI was completely redesigned and enriched by the features Resco Mobile CRM users may know from iPhone and iPad app. New color scheme, more intuitive navigation and control, or improved UI in overall to mention just a few advancements.
Innovation can be found in new map plugin that allows displaying multiple records on a single map and the records are interactive—record’s details can be displayed on tap.
One of the main features of the new Update is the real Android Tablet application. Most of the mobile CRM vendors provide a classic phone app for Android Tablets, or they just don‘t have any. Users of such devices surely know that this is not the way to go.
Resco now provides the real Android Tablet CRM app which uses the whole potential of these new progressive devices which are going to substitute standard PC’s in near future.
The new Android and Android Tablet app is already available at Android Marketplace.

The new sync logic now features explicit change tracking. Thus only modified fields will be uploaded and the whole sync module is much more robust now. There is an anchor per each entity that increases stability of the sync procedure—each entity’s synchronization process is handled as separate transaction, this means that no data will be lost even when the synchronization will be interrupted.
Entities that require multiple data relationships now have many-to-many support in Resco Mobile CRM. This new feature requires Resco server plugin, which is installed automatically by Resco tools.
The iOS client features encrypted database that increases data security and number of UI improvements that contribute to even more polished look of the app and enhance the user experience.
Resco added Iframe with authentication to both Woodford and CRM Studio. Thus, there is the option to authenticate the access to web portals and pages directly from the Mobile CRM app.
