Install/Uninstall
This video shows how to install Woodford. User has 2 options: download and integrate the Woodford with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011, or install the standalone app on a PC and then connect it with the CRM instance.
Formatted field
Field formatting allows assigning the action that is called by tapping the button, such as call a phone number, send email to the address or open URL.
Dashboard and Charts
This short video explains how to configure a Dashboard. First, we create a column chart for the Order entity and a pie chart for the Invoice entity. Afterwards, these are added to the Dashboard to create a visually clear grid with two charts and two views: Account and Opportunity. The result is then showed on iPad.
Select what data to sync
When you have huge amount of data and do not need to pull all of it down to the mobile device, use the Sync Filter. The video shows how you can define it. You can define conditions and use group “AND”, “OR” to combine multiple conditions. Thus, you control which records are synced to the device.
Define search options on the view and configure the sort order
Defining a search filter is crucial if you have thousands of records within one entity. Search filter configuration allows you to set up which search method (Begins With, Contains and Ends With) will be applied for which fields. To have even better control over the data you can define the sort order of the records.
Multiple Views
Stay organized and on top of your records by setting up number of entity views with different filters. Then, in the mobile app you can swiftly change between the views.
Administration
Need detailed information about the mobile devices, their operating system, what version of Mobile CRM app they use or even the last time of the synchronization? Administration menu in Woodford offers a complete overview of the mobile devices and users and also a remote data wipe.
