You need to add the thai font keyboard could use.
Please follow these steps. And this should work only with the default skin.
If you want to use keyboard with a language that uses a different code page (set of signs), you need to insert a font of the language to your Pocket PC. First of all you have to find a font of the language you want to use. If you have the copy of localized Windows in the language you want to use, just go to C:\WINDOWS/Fonts. If you need a specific font, you will have to conduct a search on the intenet. Please note that some fonts are availlable only after purchase, but you will be able to find some for free. If you have the font that you want, do the following. Connect your device to the desktop computer via Active Sync. Click on the Explore button on the Active Sync window. Copy the font you want to use to the Windows/Fonts folder on the device. The font will be automatically converted to the format for the Windows Mobile device. Now go to Start>Settings>Input, select the Resco Keyboard, tap on Options and go to the Layout tab. In the Font drop down box choose the font you have just copyed and tap OK. Now you are able to use the Keyboard with the language you want.
