Overview

Resco ShopAssistant ESP serves as a robust prototype project with templates, libraries, and controls for software solution in .NET CF designed specifically for retail environment. It provides developers with omnipotent components that allow creating customized shopping solution.
Resco ShopAssistant ESP consists of four modules:

Cart

Cart is a list of all products that were scanned using Gotive SQ31 and added to the physical shopping cart. All information about the product, number of added pieces and actual price is displayed under the product name.

Products

Products module contains all offered goods in particular shop sorted by categories (e.g. bananas in the Fruit category). Each category is displayed in a single row. Selected row contains additional action buttons that allow actions such as Navigation in the store, Product list, and Actual discounts.

Discounts

In this module, customer can find all discounts imposed on particular period. Such a module can be used for promotion of specific products.

Call

In case customers require a contact with personnel they can use a built-in PTT.

Visual Studio Integration

• Supported platforms: VS 2008 (New), VS 2005 and VS 2003 (Limited)
• All UI controls are available from the Visual Studio Toolbox
• Help files are integrated into the Visual Studio Help system
