Resco Contact Manager 2.05 Released!

Bratislava, Slovakia (March 11, 2010),  Resco, a supplier of Windows Phone applications and one of the leading mobile software developers officially announced the release of new version of Resco Contact Manager, successful application managing your contacts, calls & SMS in a fast and comfort way with the ability to add contacts from Facebook and message with them.

The improvements in the version 2.05 deal with Facebook integration, especially the log in procedure. According to problems occurring with the ‘log in’ process caused by often changes from the side of Facebook developers, Resco decided to completely change the process. The new one will be more flexible and any other change will be promptly solved using an online update, without the need to install the application again.

“Now we use a new way of the log in process using the Facebook API functions for mobile phones.” said Miloš Fec, software developer from Resco. „User will have to log in to his Facebook account only once and grant permissions, so next time he will be logged in faster, without the need to open the Facebook log in page again.”

Resco Contact Manager allows users to easily navigate among the contacts, search quickly using letter navigation, view text message conversations in a chat-like view and much more to make your phone calls and sending text messages a fun and easy activity. Besides that the application offers complete Facebook integration which allows users to add Facebook friends as contacts, download their photos or other personal information as well as to message them straight to Facebook.

In the near future Resco plans to integrate ‘Update Status’ function for Facebook.

New features in version 2.05

• Improved Log in process to Facebook
  The new process will be more effective and flexible to changes made by Facebook developers.
• Online Facebook service update
  The program checks the available updates each time you log in to Facebook.  Any changes regarding the Facebook features (Facebook contacts, messaging, etc...) will be automatically integrated without the need to reinstall the program again.
• Korean SMS support
  The application can now display the Korean SMS.
