1. Upgrade from v3/v4 to v5 requires new unlock code. More info.

1. Add .prc file to the Palm Desktop Install Tool:
   1. Either double-click file, or
   2. Drag file onto the Install Tool window
2. Start HotSync on your Palm Handheld
