Full Hybrid Mode—the best of online approach combined with secure offline
Connectivity Update presents ground-breaking online mode that is handily combined with offline and packed to the Mobile CRM app. The user can comfortably switch between online and offline mode and can also select one of three modes the app will work in after launch:
(1) Always online (2) Online when connected to Wi-Fi (3) Manual mode
The three modes plus the option to switch to online/offline mode right at the user’s fingertips contribute to increased comfort and ease of use of the Mobile CRM app.

In order to make the sync process even more straightforward, the sync logic was reengineered. It is now part of the background processes, does not interfere with app’s operation and streamlines the user experience.
Full online mode is available for dashboard, custom entities and all system entities. In Woodford, there will be the option to turn some entities to online mode only. Thus, the security of sensitive data is increased dramatically.

GPS Tracking—the excellent overview of mobile users’ activities
Mobile users, whether sales or service, spend significant time in the field performing their daily tasks. Tracking their activities has never been easier with Resco’s GPS Tracking add-on.
In the Resco Mobile CRM Woodford, the admin can define what actions will be tracked (create, update, delete) per what entities.
The app stays untouched from the user point of view, as all tracked processes run in the background and are stored as logs with a GPS position.
On the side of the Dynamics CRM server, there is Resco plugin that is installed automatically during Woodford installation. The plugin allows performing mobile audit based on user—you can display user’s logs and their activity on the interactive map right in the CRM server, with a link to a corresponding entity and action (e.g. Account „XYZ“ created) . Thus, an overview of complete activity over the time period is available.

For better demonstration of this new functionality, Resco prepared a customized version of HTML 5 Mobile CRM application which runs on Tablet and can be used as an interactive restaurant menu. A customer can view menu in a graphically appealing user experience full of effects.
